Extended Care

Before and After School

While our school day begins at 8:30am and ends at 3:00pm, we also offer our families extended care before and after school.  Our building opens at 7:30am and closes at 5:30pm.  Before care is from 7:30am – 8:30am.  We have flexible options in the afternoon ranging from 3:00pm – 4:00pm or 3:00pm – 5:30pm. 

The extended care is different from the academic day in that the materials are more traditional; the Montessori materials are specifically for the academic day only.  The children enjoy an additional outside time and snack during aftercare.  Other activities include art, singing, Legos, and a variety of items for individual and group play.
